The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 5-10 business days. This means that from the time you place your order, it will take 2 days to process your order (subject to availability) plus the shipping time for your package to arrive at your door.

Rush Shipping
The estimated delivery time for Rush Shipping is 3 business days after your order is processed. (Oversized and extremely heavy items cannot be delivered using Rush Shipping, we apologize for this inconvenience.)
P.O. Box Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you need to use a mailbox at a location other than your residence, a good alternative is to open a mailbox that is assigned to it a real physical street address. There are mailbox services that offer this solution such as The UPS Store, or any local independent mailbox service in your area.
**Avoid Return Packages!!
In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package. Once you have been provided a tracking number, it is a good idea to keep track of your package until it reaches your door.
Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Items
To obtain an authorization number to return a defective or damaged item for replacement, simply email us within 7 days of receipt. Defective and damaged items are replaced FREE of charge.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card or Paypal account in the amount of the incorrect price.
